Our Leadership Team

Tracy Bailey

Approved Provider/Nominated Supervisor/Director

I am a university-trained Educator and hold a Graduate Diploma of Education (Early Years). I have worked in the Early Childhood industry for over 23 years in a variety of roles including as an assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Director and now Approved Provider. As a mother of two, I understand the pressures of juggling a work:life balance and am passionate about making the decision to use child care a little easier for families. My dream was to be able to provide a service where families feel like they are part of our little family and I love being able to share so many amazing moments with you.

Michelle (Shelly) Grieve

I hold a Graduate Diploma of Education (Early Years) and over my 25 years of working in the industry, I have worked in a number of different roles.  Family is an important part of who I am and I believe in extending our circle to welcome the educators and families of Enchanted Forest.  Having the opportunity to work with my sisters and passionate Early Childhood educators and watch our vision for quality care and education come to life has been amazing.  I look forward to sharing your journey through the early years with you all.

Kirsty Linguey

Nominated Supervisor/Director

I have a passion for working in the Early Years sector and after 20 years, I am lucky to still have that same passion and excitement to come to work every day. I believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for children to play and learn, and to give every child access to the learning, development and wellbeing outcomes they need to prepare them for schooling and daily life. With my passion to develop little people, I have raised 2 children that I am very proud of and I hold a strong connection to family.

Melissa Miller

Director/ Lead Educator

Holding my Diploma of Children’s Services I have worked in the Early Childhood industry for 22 years. I have worked with various aged groups and in various positions.

I value Early Childhood Education as the foundation for lifelong learning. I believe that all children are competent, capable learners who should be given choices, responsibilities and opportunities to initiate their own learning.

I have 2 children of my own that keep me busy and on my toes and as family is very important to me, my favourite thing to do is spend time with my children, husband and our 2 fur babies.  I look forward to creating and sharing lots of memories with you all.

Shauntel Graham

Director/Lead Educator

Hi my name is Shauntel and I hold my Diploma in early childhood, which I was awarded trainee of the year for. My journey in the early childhood industry began 13 years ago. I believe Children are the future and it is my job as an educator to guide and extend children’s learning, encouraging them to be confident, competent and eager learners. I strongly believe in play-based learning and real life experiences that have meaning for each child. I have a little family of my own with my husband and almost 2 year old daughter Lilliana. I’m kept busy at home with Lilly as we regularly search for new parks to visit or you can find me camping with friends and family.

Tell me and I’ll forget; show me and I may remember; involve me and I’ll understand.
